During the high season (29 June to 31 August), a short stay surcharge (1-2 nights) of €10 per person applies.
Minimum stay of 3 days from 18 September to 21 September 2025 – short stay surcharge for 1 night.

Deposit: 25% upon booking. Austrian hotel contract conditions apply.
Cancellation: Free of charge up to 21 days before arrival, thereafter and in case of no-show, the total amount will be charged.
